Google Analytics Integration It's here! The ability to populate your Google Analytics reports with the information gathered from your 4Q Voice of Customer solution. Bring new insight to your business by merging your favorite clickstream metrics with your visitors' intentions and satisfaction ratings. By following a few simple steps, your results for Overall Satisfaction, Purpose of Visit and Task Completion will be automatically pushed from your 4Q survey to your Google Analytics Website Profile. Customizable Purpose of Visit Choices By popular demand, we’ve introduced the ability to customize your own Purpose of Visit choices and easily manage the translations using a brand new interface. Now your visitors can pick from a list of Purpose of Visit choices that corresponds to your particular website. In addition, we can translate your choices in up to 18 different languages.
